TITLE:
NON-INSTRUCTIONAL FEES
The College shall maintain a
committee to review proposed non-instructional fees. The committee shall forward its
recommendations on the imposition, elimination, or adjustment of any fee to the
President. After due consideration, the
President may accept, modify, or reject such recommendations. Accepted recommendations that will result in
the imposition or modification of a fee must first be shared and discussed with
students through a public hearing, as per Administrative Rule C 101, before
being presented to the Board for approval as part of the regular budget
adoption process or by special resolution.
