TITLE: GRADUATION PROGRAM

The annual graduation program is organized by the Registrar. Faculty provide valuable assistance in organizing and supporting this year-end activity. Additional ceremonies for short-term programs take place throughout the school year. Faculty should make students in their programs aware of degrees and certificates available in their areas. Each year approximately 20 faculty members representing all divisions are asked to participate in the graduation program.

Students eligible to march in graduation must have already graduated during the academic year or must apply to graduate by the spring deadline and be within one term of graduation. Students must complete the application process prior to the spring deadline and are encouraged to apply the quarter prior to their expected graduation.

Students who are eligible to walk in the ceremony, but are candidates for graduation in a future term may choose to participate in either the current or future spring ceremony. The name of the student will appear in the program for the spring ceremony in which they choose to walk. Students will be listed in the program only one time for a given certificate or degree.
