TITLE: STUDENT CONDUCT AND DISCIPLINE

Students at Linn-Benton Community College are expected to obey local, state, and federal laws; respect the rights and privileges of others; be forthright and honest in their conduct; and, in general, conduct themselves in a manner which brings credit to themselves and to Linn-Benton Community College.

When a student's conduct is considered to be at variance with the college's expectations, the qualified administrator has jurisdiction to review the facts and take appropriate action.
