- Complaints about needing more are better to hear than why we waste resources on unfilled programs, facilities...
- Need to have alternative degree pathways.
- Need to have partnerships to allow students to make progress through specialized programs.
- Need for more data and information: new reports, new studies, new views, CSSE; invest in more understanding of community and students.
- The challenges: alert public to new programs, additional class offerings, value of education.
