LBCC Grant Concept Form
This form can now be completed online.
The purpose of this form is to alert the College Advancement Team that you are planning
to request grant funding for your project. Many funding agencies will only accept one proposal from an institution at a time. Awareness of your plans will help us all to avoid conflicts.
You will need to supply the name of the proposed funding agency, a description of the project, including any resources that the college will need to provide (space, personnel, equipment, etc.), and some financial information. If you need assistance completing this form, call BJ Nicoletti at x4214.

This information will be sent to Mike Holland, Vice President, Administrative and Student Affairs, for consideration. Within a few days, you will be notified as to wether or not to proceed. If Vice President Holland has any additional questions, he may call or e-mail you.
