Need to order supplies for your department? Here's how:
- Go to www.biggestbook.com
- Search for a specific item, or browse to see what's available
- Once you find the item you need, click on Add to my List
- When you are ready to place your order, click on My List at the top of the page
- Review your list to make sure it's correct
- Click on E-mail List
- A new window will pop up. Fill out your name and e-mail address and the rest as follows:
- Recipients Name: Kay Akers
- Recipients E-mail: SOR@linnbenton.edu
- Place Order...(your order will be generated)
- Quote Requested... (Kay will e-mail you the best price she can find)
- Please Deliver... (your order will be delivered when it arrives. You must include your Campus Charge Account Number)
- Click on Send E-mail
- If you do not clear your list after each visit, all of your items will still be there the next time you shop.
The online catalog should be used as a reference:
although it is the suggested retail price, most times Kay can get you a price that is much lower than the one listed.
Orders will be generated every Tuesday and need to be received by 12 noon to ensure arrival by Friday.
Most orders are next day; all should arrive within 3 days. If your order is urgent, please let Kay know and she will try to accommodate.
Order Tips:
- Printer cartridges and copy paper orders should go through Printing Services
- If departments get together and combine their items in a single, larger order, Kay may be able to supply an additional discount.
- If you can't find what you are looking for, e-mail Kay - chances are she can!
